Membership Disclosures & Acceptance of Terms

An Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) National Club Membership* is a requirement for any WILMINGTON MODEL FLYING CLUB membership.

* Full year AMA Membership or Youth Membership (No Park Pilot or Trial Memberships)

• AMA #s are printed on your Academy of Model Aeronautics Club Card

*If you are not an AMA Member when joining you must notify a club officer of your AMA number before flying or receiving instruction at the club field.

By purchasing a membership, individuals agree to comply with all Wilmington Model Flying Club rules regarding flight safety, conduct, and adherence to the club by-laws. Members are also required to maintain current membership with the Academy of Model Aeronautics and follow the AMA Safety Code.

WMFC Annual Membership - Youth Under 19 (as of July 1st)$100

I certify that I have obtained and understand the current applicable portions of the AMA National Model Aircraft Safety Code and the WMFC Field Rules. I agree to comply with the AMA and WMFC requirements in the foregoing documents when operating model aircraft at the WMFC flying site. I understand that failure to comply may endanger my liability coverage for any damage or claims so caused and also may result in my forfeiting my rights to fly at the WMFC flying site.

I understand only 2.4GHz equipment may be operated in accordance with the WMFC Field Rules.

I have read and agree to abide by the club by-laws.

I understand the yearly membership is $200 from April 1 through March 31st. DUE APRIL 1ST
